The most important question you can ask is, “What is God’s ultimate intention?” Many answers—advance the kingdom, save us, bless us, send revival—contain truth but begin inside the story. Ephesians takes us behind the story, before creation, into the eternal fellowship of the Father, Son, and Spirit. God did not create out of need but from overflowing love and good pleasure. The Fall did not create His purpose; it interrupted our participation in it. Salvation is the rescue back to what was always in His heart—sharing in the life and love of the Trinity through Christ. From that eternal joy flows the blueprint revealed in Ephesians: Christ at the center, a family of Christlike sons, a prepared bride, and a Spirit-filled body. History is moving toward the summing up of all things in Christ. Heaven measures success not by size or activity, but by alignment with this purpose. When Christ is central, everything else finds its proper place. The call is simple: align your life with God’s eternal blueprint, because lasting meaning is found when His purpose becomes your purpose.
