Preparing the Bride for Jesus
Our mission is to help prepare the bride for Jesus locally, nationally, and internationally (Rev. 19:7). Therefore, our mandate is to help you know the Lord deeper in an intimate relationship with Him, to experience His life more fully, to encounter His glorious presence in worship, and to equip you to minister to Him as your highest priority. Therefore, our services are Jesus-centered rather than seeker-centered and are designed so people can experience God’s presence in worship, be ministered to in the gifts of the Spirit, be equipped through Spirit-inspired teaching from the Word of God, and hear what the Spirit is saying to the church. We are also committed to developing a strong spiritual family who are knit together in community and grow together in relationships centered around Jesus.
Sunday Service
Every Sunday, except for the last Sunday of the month, we meet together to worship the Lord, receive the ministry of the Spirit through His gifts, hear what the Spirit is saying to the church from the Word of God, and fellowship with each other. When we gather together, we want the Holy Spirit to be in charge and to direct us into what He has in store for us every Sunday. We are devoted to being a Spirit-sensitive church rather than a seeker-sensitive church.
House Church
Because we are committed to developing a strong spiritual family who are knit together in community and grow together in relationships centered around Jesus, we have church in the home on the last Sunday of the month. We have several different house churches lead by pastors who help disciple and care for the needs of their groups.
In these house church gatherings, we have these six objectives: 1) Worship and pray; 2) wait on the Holy Spirit and share what the Spirit has laid on our hearts (1 Cor. 14:26); 3) discuss the assigned Scripture reading for the month; 4) eat together; 5) take communion together; and 6) care for one another’s needs.
